Harvard, UCLA, Stanford between US schools

According to Harvard, the student visas of five people attending or recently graduated from Harvard University.

It is one of the more than a dozen higher education institutions that is actively tracking and informing the number of affiliated people who have been attacked by the administration of President Donald Trump in recent weeks.

These incidents are part of what seems to be the mass orientation of international students by Trump’s administration over alleged violations of their visa or green card conditions, ranging from minor legal infractions to participating in demonstrations. In other cases, the reason for the revocation is unknown or has not been provided by the administration.

Since the beginning of Trump’s second term, the State Department revoked more than 300 students’ visas throughout the country, said Secretary of State Marco Rubio to journalists on March 27.

Based on non -exhaustive counts provided by the respective IEIs, here are some of the schools and universities that have been affected.

Arizona State University: 8

The Arizona State University has reported at least eight students affected by the recent series of visas revocations of Trump administration.

Central University of Michigan: 4

According to school, four current and previous students from the Central University of Michigan have revoked their visas, according to school.

Colorado State University: 6

Colorado State University reported six impacted students.

Harvard University: 5

Harvard reported that three students and two recent graduates revoke their student visas.

Kent State University: 3

Kent has informed three people affected by student visas revocations to date.

Minnesota State University: 5

According to reports, five students enrolled at the Minnesota State University have been affected.

North Carolina State: 2

Two international students from the state of North Carolina revoked their students’ visas, the school declared.

Ohio State University: 5

Ohio State reported that five people affected by recent repression.

Stanford University: 6

Stanford has said that four current students and two recent graduates have revoked their student visas.

California University System: Unknown

Although an estimate has not yet been provided, the School System of the University of California has declared that its campus, including the University of California, Los Angeles, UC San Diego, UC Berkeley, UC Davis and UC Irvine, have been affected.

Cincinnati University: Unknown

The University of Cincinnati has reported a “small number” of impacted international students.

Colorado University: 2

Colorado University informs two students who have been affected in recent weeks.

University of Kentucky: Unknown

The University of Kentucky has shared that a “small number” of its student body has been affected.

University of Massachusetts Amherst: 5

Umass Amherst reported that five of his students have recently revoked their visas.

Michigan University: 4

UM reported that four of his international students have been affected in recent weeks.

Universidad de Nevada, Las Vegas: 4

According to the school, four UNLV students have been affected by the recent emphasis on student visas revocations.

University of Oregon: 1

A student enrolled at the University of Oregon was also affected, according to school.
